Delivery is free for orders of $100 or over. A $10 flat rate applies to all other orders.
Please note online orders are only processed during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). So if you place an order after 5.00pm on Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday. We know you are eager to receive your new purchase and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Orders are shipped Australia wide only and we make our best efforts to deliver your order within a timely manner to the address specified by you during the purchase process.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your order to be dispatched between Monday and Friday (excluding Public Holiday). If you are not at home when delivery is attempted Australia Post will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your products. Australia Post will then deliver your order to the local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the Australia Post.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a mutual agreeable alternative solution, which may include placing your item(s) on backorder or offer you a full refund.
